Service Description

Katie uses a variety of techniques, including myofascial release, Swedish, sports, therapeutic, and remedial massages to cater to your specific needs. This One hour session is good for targeting one or two key body areas that may need special attention to release tension or pain. Alternatively you can choose a full body relaxation massage - using a lighter, gentle approach to assist with mental rest and physical relaxation.
