About the event
Practice, revision and immersion session for previous guests of Release your Voice OR anyone with some experience in mantra who is keen to join us for a rejuvenating mantra meditation & energy healing circle.
Mantras we may include are:
- Bija mantras - Lam / Vam / Ram / Yam / Ham / Om
- Om Mani Padme Hum
- Om Namah Shivaya
- Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha
Some experience of mantra, either in personal practice or group, is preferred but not essential.
Open to all who are curious and willing to participate.
This will be a seated and/or standing event.
