About the event
THE RETREAT
All sessions are optional. It's your retreat so it's up to you how much, or how little, you want to do.
The Mantra theme for this retreat will be the Medicine Buddha mantra. In Tibetan Budhhism this mantra is consdered one of the most powerful healing mantras and is deeply healing for both the chanter and the receiver.
I will be chanting and teaching the short form throughout the weekend. For those who wish to learn and fully embody this mantra, you will certainly have a Beginner level 'mastery' by the end of the weekend.
